This is one lady you might not recall, actually she was on the Crash Nebula show. Only reason it might not click for you is that there was only one episode ever made, lol.
As for the girl herself she is actually an alien, hence the plasma-like hair and the grayish skin. With just 2 screencaps for reference was able to create this sexy little version of her, please enjoy!
